  • On the first batch - "acknowledge first batch" on the cooler only after >1 minute cooling process, and the temperature is >60°C
  • The air blower might starts failing. Consult with Maintenance.
  • Air exhaust pipe starts clogging (clean the end of the pipe, PM).
  • Room temperature too hot. Adjust the cooling process for the pause, and agitation setting (supervisor).
  • Ensure the cooler flap is physically open and closing as indicated (could be broke).
  • Exhaust pipe dirty and needs cleaning.
  • Speed up the blade mills speed if the hopper is too high.
  • Increase the cooler discharge time (and cut the cooling process time if needed to keep up with the roaster).
  • Check the inlet hopper grid - make sure it's installed in correct position (the hole on the grid is facing toward the building wall).
  • Check the product sensor (blue square), might be dirty.
  • If the top auger is running, the big hopper outlet is clogged. Mallet hammer, and adjust the slide gate if necessary.
  • If the top auger is stop, check the Barth. If there's an alarm saying "Feeder hopper high level" - means the inlet hopper's level sensor (Yellow cylinder) is faulty.
    • Restart the sensor (off and on) - call maintenance if problem persists.
  • The bottom of the inlet hopper is clogged.
    • Stop the blade mill
    • Mallet hammer and run the auger manually to empty it out.
    • Inspect for a build up around the infeed hole.
  • The blade mill is full (liquor high level sensor)
    • Speed up the pump.
    • Stop the blade mills and check the high level sensor, might be dirty.
  • One of the pipe/tank valve might go to alarm.
  • If pumping into 12T tank, the baby buffer tank might hit High level alarm.
    • Increase the buffer tank pump speed.
  • Tank receiver is full. Check if the job set the tank receiving to Auto.
  • Adjust the position based on the valve visual indicator. The handle might not be straight.
  • Tank receiver is full. If there are space in other tanks, dump the rest in there.
  • If the next job already the cooler, the blade mill will need to be drained manually.
    • The previous job have to be ended before the cooling process of the next job finished.
  • Room temperature too hot
  • The blade mills muffler is dirty/clogged.
  • The product from the cooler is too hot (60°C +)
  • The aspiration pipe hood is installed too high.
  • The blade is worn out.
